Maple Syrup

Did you know that maple syrup is an all-natural sweetener? It is made from maple sap extracted from maple tree in spring when the cold weather starts to decline. Maple farmer gather the sap into huge pan and boil it to remove most of the water. When the water level becomes really low, the sap changes and becomes less watery and thicker. That’s when the maple syrup is almost ready. Maple farmer will then verify the sugar level and the temperature of the maple syrup before bottling it when it’s hot. Its then gets directly to the sugar shack to your table.
